At 37, I had a stroke. Spent a year and a half in a wheelchair before working my way back to becoming a runner. Now I live with MS. I work with stroke survivors and people with MS because I know what it takes. Resilience is the work.

How did you get into web development and WordPress?
I started tinkering with websites over 20 years ago when WordPress was still young. What started as curiosity became a full-on obsession. I spent years building everything from simple blogs to complex ecommerce systems, eventually landing at WebDevStudios where I worked at agency level for years. I’ve built plugins, custom themes, and everything in between. WordPress isn’t just a tool for me—it’s a craft I’ve spent decades refining.
What is GoHighLevel and why should I care?
GoHighLevel (GHL) is an all-in-one marketing automation platform built specifically for agencies and service businesses. It combines CRM, funnels, email/SMS marketing, appointment scheduling, and workflow automation into one powerful system. Instead of juggling multiple tools, everything lives in one place. I’ve built complex GHL systems for home service companies that handle lead capture, follow-up, and conversions automatically. Why do you work with home service businesses specifically?
Because I come from that world. Twenty-five years running commercial construction crews taught me about real work, real people, and real deadlines. I know the trades. I respect the hustle. LovableGazelle was born from that understanding. I work with people who show up, do great work, and want to grow without compromising who they are.
What’s your story? How did you end up here?
Life happened. At 37, I had a stroke that put me in a wheelchair for a year and a half. I clawed my way back—learned to walk again, started running, and rebuilt my career from scratch. Now I live with MS, but I’m still showing up every day, still building, still running. I’ve worked in construction, led commercial crews for 25 years, built WordPress sites for decades, and now I’m building brands that help people grow. This path has been brutal and beautiful. Every challenge has taught me resilience, grit, and how to keep moving forward when everything falls apart. That’s the story. That’s why I build what I build—because I know what it takes to survive and come back stronger.
